Utilizing Support To Reach Goals

Reaching goals takes conscious effort. It starts with the setting of the goal, then follows with the process of drilling it down by identifying objectives, strategies and tactics. What is often still missing though, is accountability, which keeps your goal in the "I Wish" category.

Utilizing a support system, like a co-worker, a mentor, a coach, mastermind group, etc., gives your goals a sense of structure. This accountability process, takes your written goals and brings them to life. Results happen because motivation flows both from the inside out and the outside in. You are responsible to someone else for implementing your goals and making them happen.
